“Since I entered the meat ingredient business in the early 80s, I realised after years that the international meat market is rather complex. Over the decades of my career in the meat ingredient business, I noticed that traditional production methods were highly valued. I saw that consumers strongly associated traditional products with high quality products. At the same time, however, producers were increasingly faced with the challenge of maintaining volume growth, driven by a rapidly rising global demand.
Today, we at Pintar Pro understand that the production efficiency of meat, poultry and fish products can very well be combined with an excellent level of quality. With our concepts, like for example, Danine 10 – Pintar Pro will support our customers with improving the quality and at the same time will contribute to the necessary cost control of meat, poultry and fish products. With my solid education and many years of experience, I’m working on supporting our business relationships with technological knowledge of ingredients, recipes and production methods.”
